Question : Problem: Active Sync not working since server move

We had a power outage last week that seemed to have really messed up our exchange server. I had Microsoft working on it for several hours last week and they said to format it and restore from a backup. What i did was create another exchange server and moved mailboxes over to the new server. Everything seems to be working ok except the Activesync to my Windows Mobile phones. The emails come through but if you delete an email on the phone it doesnt delete it from outlook. I'm trying to find out what im missing.

Possible.
Also, see if creating a new user profile helps, if the partnership does not fix it. I hope this helps !
