Question : Problem: Outlook Account Disappears

I am running Exchange Server 2007 SP1 and i have about 15 mobile devices that connect to the server. I have one particular user that is experiencing a strange problem. His outlook account disappears from his messaging screen. then if you add a new account from with the same information as the outlook account it will just appear again and you will see all the emails that were in there when it disappeared. Then when you sync all the emails will be removed and replaced with the new emails.

Only one person is experiencing this problem and i have maybe 7 out of the 15 that have the same phone and no one else is experiencing the same issues.

I would do a Hard Reset (You will lose the data)
