Question : Problem: Safely remove pair from 110 block

I need to move a pair of wires in a 110 block and would like to do so without causing any damage to the connectors.  Is there any way to safely remove them to make sure I don't cause any damage to the block?

Just pull on the wire until it comes out of the block and punch it down again where you need to punch it down.  You are not going to damage the block.  This is how they are removed.  I have done it at least a thousand times and I have watched Telecom guys do it a thousand times.
