Question : Problem: Prevent Users from changing to other wireless networks

I am looking for a solution that will prevent users from changing wireless networks in laptops that run Windows Vista Home Premium.  The laptops themselves are not changing location... they are connected to the internet through a wireless router that has content filtering and access restrictions.  The issue is that there are at least 3 wireless networks in range that they can connect to and bypass the designated router.

I know that there is a way to do do this through extensions in group policy, however group policy is not accesible in Home premium.

This is not possible with Home Premium. You must have a DC with the policies set and either Vista Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise.
