Question : Problem: Memory module numbers

I got a new memory dimm PC-133, but it doesn't have any brand.
Is there a web site where I can find information about a specific memory module if I insert the small number that are located on the chips ? ?
Thanks...

Answer : Problem: Memory module numbers

I think you mistook the S for a 5, see this page, this DRAM checks out as PC100,
http://www.usa.samsungsemi.com/products/newsummary/sdramcomp/K4S640832C.htm

It is 2Mbit x 8bit wide, therefore you should have 8 of them on a 64 bit wide module to make 16Mbytes  total, for non-parity, parity will have 9 of these,
