Question : Problem: Unable to configure 1130AG Access Point

I have two if these...one was NIB and it configured with no problems; the other was a "pull" from an office that was only up for a couple months. It worked flawlessly when first deployed. Now, I am unable to configure the device after performing a reset [Hold MODE button for approx. 2-sec after inserting plug until light turns amber, then release].

I can't PING via MAC address, there is nothing that comes up in my DHCP pool, the IPSU can't find the device, and I get the following data when attempting to connect via HyperTerminal:

What am I missing? or is this device dead?

Answer : Problem: Unable to configure 1130AG Access Point

The above output DOESNT show a reset of configuration!

When you press sucesffully the "MODE" button you get a message "Ignoring config" or something like that.... This is not the case

In any case. you should get access to the console port and get a password promt
Try to reset the access point, try to push "MODE" button several times the first seconds it boots
