Has anyone encountered pietro.exe errors while dealing with HP scanners? There is a user who is on Win2k that is having this problem. If she puts the document on the glass, it works but as soon as she tries to use the feeder or try to save that document after being previwed through the HP Precision Pro software she gets a pietro.exe error. The greatest and lastest of the driver and software have been installed.
