Question : Problem: Is it possible to configure an EPSON POS printer [TM-U325PD model M133A to work in an iSeries environment

The situation is to get an Epson POS slip printer to work from an AS400 system.  The M133A TM-U325PD is configured for version 1.01 ECS/POS.  The iSeries environment lists EPAP2250                            *EPLQ860

as supported printers.  Are any of these setting compatible with the slip printer noted.

According to this tech document from IBM, the Ithaca 1500 series should work.

Otherwise do what I do when I don't find the specific model listed - pick one and try it.  Keep going until you get one that prints the way you want.  You can tweak the font type, size, etc to get it where you want it.
