Question : Problem: Recovery data from Giga Nas Raid 1 (mirror)

Some times ago i brought a Nas that i configured in Radi 1 (mirror). One day i decided to change its firmware with Tinky LS and from this moment i can't access to the Nas at the static ip.
So i tryed with ipscan to see if the ip is changed for some reasons, but the nas remain hide.
I tryed with telnet and with other tips, but nothing.

The question is: but is possible that is impossible get out the hd from the nas putting in one external hd enclouser to read the files. I'm sure that the files are integry. Every hard drive can be read only with the raid controller of the nas? Don't exist an hardware or a software that can make the job of nas controller? I hope very very much that someone can help me!
