Question : Problem: Backup Exec misreporting Tape Size

I've had about enough of Backup Exec by Veritas.  :-)

Here is the question:

I had Veritas 9.0 and then updated to 9.1.  

The problem is - that with either version - my Travan 40GB by Imation are showing up as 16MB  not 40GB tapes... What gives?

There certainly must be something wrong but I'm not sure what?  The server is a Dell with a Seagate drive (Seagate STT3401A (Travan 40) )... This drive is in the compatiblity chart for Veritas... I'm using the drivers that came with the drive and not Veritas' drivers... However, I believe I've tried either one with no joy!  :-(
