Question : Problem: Citrix Web Interface error message

I am rolling out Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server.  The admin guide recommends installing the Web Interface on a different server.  I have installed the Web Interface on an IIS box.  When launching the Discovery Process, I get the following error?  "The RPC server cannot be contacted on server SERVERNAME".  I googled this and Citrix's support docs mention that a local account called Ctx_ConfigMgr needs rights to "log on as batch job".  Well, that account is not on the box... perhaps I neglected to include an option while installing the Web Interface?
