Question : Problem: HP Scanjet 4600 Internal DRS Error

I am having a problem with using a hp scanjet 4600 on a dell optiplex 260, using windows xp. The hp software installed fine and use can scan images fine. The problem lies when trying to scan documents. The documents scan but you receive the following error messages:

Internal DRS Error iaao:co:22, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:198, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:193, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:191, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:104, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:102, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:172, when you click ok, the next message appears
Internal DRS Error iaao:co:4.

Once you have clicked ok to all these messages, the document has been created, and is fine. This happens whether you are logged in as Administrator or as a user.
