I've already ran the following commands setspn -A MSOMSdkSvc/MOMRMS.rim.net\esmsysops_sdk setspn -A MSOMSdkSvc/MOMRMS\esmsysops_sdk It didn't worked, can anyone tell me if there is any syntax error? Please attached is screenshot

I assume that you migh have this Event recorded.

The solution as i see on the web to this issue could be related to Permissions..

please use  SETSPN -L to check the SPN registered fro the SDK service..

The syntax for the SetSPN should be ..

" Setspn.exe A MSOMSDK/ domain\username (this is the SDK service account name)
" Setspn.exe A MSOMSDK/ domain\username

 

Please read thru this to setup permissions.. for the SDK account
