Question : Problem: can't connect laptop with Tight vnc

I have the desktop talking with the laptop but I can't get the laptop to see the desktop.
the Laptop is connect with a wireless card and the desktop in wired to the wireless router.
the Laptop is called LapTop and desktop is call Movie. I have the listner running on the laptop and when I type in the name or the ip address of the desktop I get the error. Please help.

Are there any software firewalls installed on either of these units (including the WIndows Firewall)?  If so, make sure both are disabled at least for testing purposes.  Also watch out for antivirus suites that have built in worm protection or any other port blocking components.  If possible, disable all antivirus functions for testing purposes.
