Question : Problem: Hard drive for S50 JBOD

One of the hard drive in S50 JBOD fail. We don't have warranty on this box. I'm thinking just buy new hard drive at local store like Fry or Bestbuy and plug in this JBOD.
Do you think the new hard drive will work fine?
