Question : Problem: CD-RoM Not accessible/IDE Controller and Floppy Control Conflict

My computer does not recognize my CD-ROM and I have a conflict in both the standard IDE cntroller(which is listed Twice under device manager) and Floppy controller? I am using an IBM clone running Windows 95. Any suggestions woould be appreciated. Thanks
