Hi there ,, when i start my laptop .i noticed the cpu is 100% and slow my computer ...but when i connet to the internet the cpu become normal ,,i tried to know whts going on the task manager ..i founded
8 svchost .exe ,one of them ---------->>. svchost.exe NETOWRK SERVICE is 99%
evry time i tried to connect into the internet the cpu become normal ,,THATS STRANGE !
when i disconnect from intrnet the cpu goes 100% ,, i'm already fineshed with all the followings below :
1-scaning virus ,spayware, maleware and others infections
2-cleaning temp ,history and disk cleanup
3-windows update
4-RegistryBooster 2
5-Disable All Startup
but the problem still exist
