Question : Problem: APC Back up for Brother Laser Printer

Hello Guys, thanks for helping me with all the challenge questions I've had...lots of great info.... ;)

Ok my question?
I bought this printer from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VLDQQ8

and I'm looking for a good APC ...I want the APC to protect at a high level so It could run this printer say for 1/2 hour to 1 hour if the power goes out....

The Printer spec are  >  

PEAK:  Average 1200 W
Copying: Average 515 W
Sleep: Average 38 W
Standby: Average 100W

If your electricity source is a problem then voltage regulator and/or surge suppressor is recommended, or both.

That little  thing you linked to is probably not appropriate, but it will probably do something.  I'd look for something more heavy-duty/bigger myself.

lastly, I've worked in areas where stable electricity is a problem - blown PC's power supply, blown switch ports, damaged UPS, but haven't yet found any failed laser printers.  Maybe just lucky or their power supplies are built well.
