Question : Problem: Citrix Web Interface server not running

Hi

I have just installed a Citrix Web Interface server for 4.5 Presentation server. However, when I navigate to what should be the web page, I get a 400 error.

I've gone to IIS > Web Sites

And the Default Web Site is stopped. I cannot start it (this service is being used by another process).

In the Event Viewer, I have these errors;

Cannot register the URL prefix 'http://*80/Citrix/AccessPlatform/" for site '1'. The site has been deactiveated. The data field contains the error number.


Any ideas?

Sounds like you installed citrix before IIS
