Question : Problem: HP xw5000 motherboard pin assignments?

I have a motherboard that was pulled from an HP xw5000 workstation.  I have put it into another case and need to know what the pin assignments are for the power switch, led, etc.  The original case has an all-in-one connector to connect all of that, but the new case has individual connections.  I cannot find a schematic anywhere that provides that information for that section.
