Question : Problem: BlackBerry 7750 will not wirelessly delete my emails.

I am using a BlackBerry 7750. someone told me that you can set it up to
delete your emails wirelessly. but it is not working correctly. i want to be able to
delete my emails from my blackberry and have it automaticaly deleted from my inbox
in outlook. my blackberry account is on a B.E.S server. can any one help me on how to set that up and if it is possible to do?

Hello,  yes it is possible.  

Please note that you can not press shift delete in outlook because then the blackberry will not know email is being deleted, it has to be put in the deleted items folder.  By either a rule, click and drag, or pressing delete.

Verify that the setting on the handheld under Messages > Options >  Wireless Reconciliation is set to On;

Verify that the setting on the handheld under Messages > Options >  Delete On is set to Prompt or Mailbox & Handheld;

Verify that the email was not deleted using the Delete Prior feature.
