Question : Problem: Nortel 4528 VLAN internet access

I had a flat network setup with no VLANS. I need visitors to be able to plug in a laptop on my network, pull an IP from my DHCP server and access the internet. All without being able to touch my everyday user network. I don't want them to be able to access anything outside of the VLAN that will be configured for them. Can I accomplish this only using Nortel 4528's?
