Question : Problem: Can't Access Menus After Resetting Facorty Defaults

My company was just given a working HP 4108gl switch by our parent company. We reset the settings to factory default by using the hardware reset combo. Now when we plug into the serial port nothing comes up in Hyperterminal. I'm not sure if there's any other way to do the initial configuration. Does anyone have a suggestion to get the initial setup going?

Here is teh software for this switch. Another way is look in DHCP for the IP address that the switch has leased. Then type that into the web interface to access the switch.
