Question : Problem: Logitech Mouse MX Revolution Settings
I have a Logitech Mouse MX at both work and home. At work, the Setpoint (settings) Program works fine, where two tabs are present (My Mouse and Tools), which allow for setting the buttons and wheels of the mouse. At home, only one tab appears (Tools) with no ability to modify any of the settings. I do use two different keyboards, but neither of them are Logitech. Right now the version is 4.6. This has been an issue for several months and is beginning to wear thin.
Logitech won't respond to any e-mails and when downloading the latest software from the web site offers no relief.
Would any expert be able to provide a solution?
Thanks,
Ron
Answer : Problem: Logitech Mouse MX Revolution Settings
So you simply have a hardware issue with the mouse or receiver -- time to use your Logitech warranty :-)
