Question : Problem: Only one user unable to print to networked printer - WinXP

In an AD environment, only one user is unable to print to the networked HP Laserjet 3005.  Others in the same LAN can attach & print w/out a problem.  They all went thru a recent re-image & it's unlikely that it's an image problem (although I can't discount it).  I've ripped out the printer, port & left only the MS Image Writer & XPS Writer.  The user is able to "print" to those w/out a glitch.  Seems that the user cannot print from any networked printer.
The user's computer is able to "see", ping & generally it appears that network connectivity is not an issue.  As admin there's no problem but as a user or even power user, printing does not occur.  Because it is an HP, I'm tested and was able to bring up the web page to manage it.  I also installed the generic/text only printer and pointed to the HP & was able to print.
Even if you think it's a simple solution...go ahead and shoot out the answer, I may have overlooked something very simple.

Answer : Problem: Only one user unable to print to networked printer - WinXP

Jojo,

It sounds like the computer's connectivity to the domain may be questionable.  Try removing the computer from the Domain, purging the local (roaming) user profiles, then adding the machine back into the domain.  Let the user login to create the new roaming profile on the machine and see if it resolves the issue.  You may need to re-image this one machine again, if that doesn't fix it.  Is this PC possible a different model than the others you recently imaged?
