Question : Problem: Network printer access blocked after working okay in the past
Hi Guys The Officejet 7310 All-in-One has been working successfully via ethernet through the router to two ethernet connected standard XP Pro workstations. With no changes to either pc, the printing access ceased and the described message appears. HP support (after 3 hours on phone) decided that the printer was at fault and have sent a brand new replacement. This has not changed the situation with the appearance of the same error message. The print spooler and RPC services are running okay in both PC's. Can anyone help please?

Can you check the port settings on the printer and see what it says. I have seen some HP things load as "HP Standard TCP/IP Port" and if this is changed to "Standard TCP/IP Port" suddenly everything starts working fine!
