Question : Problem: HP Laserjet 4250

We have a 3 year old HP laserjet 4250 in our office that started printing with black bands across the top of the page in addition to lots of speckling.  We cleaned it, installed a new maintenance kit with a fuser, seperator roller and new puckup rollers.  We even installed a new toner cartidge.  This does not happen when we use tray 1 which is the manual feed tray.  This only happens when the printer picks up paper from tray 2.

Start up a print cycle. Print a config page or something. When the pages is halfway through the printer open the cover and examine the page. See if you can determine at what point in the printer the dirt is getting on the page. Before or after the toner? Between the toner and the fuser? After the fuser?
