i have a thrid gen ipod nano 8gig drive, my issue is that when i put video on it and then i want to take it off how do i delete the video off the ipod??

Open ITunes, on the left side of the screen is the library, and you have three entries, Music, Video TV shows, Select video, select the video you want to delete, right click select delete.
Connect your IPod, syncronize.
Done
