I'm aving a problem with my windows mobile 5 phone. I have setup my cox email and I can receive email just fine but when im sending it gives me an error that tells me the emails couldn't be downloaded. I have a sprint motorola Q.

Under the advanced settings of your POP3 account, try enabling Authentication for the outgoing server. It is just a checkbox that will use your same username and password when trying to send out.
