Question : Problem: Changing RDP Port

So I've used http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306759
and changed the port to 3391 for Remote Desktop
I've opened port 3391 to the machine and when i connect i type: publicIP:3391
but it doesnt seem to wrok
What else is there that might be missing?
