Question : Problem: Change location of Recovery Point

I am running Exchange 2007 on Windows 2008. I have a CAS/Hub Transport server that I want to back up with DPM. I only have a 36 GB C:\ drive. DPM is taking about 10 GB for its recovery point on this drive and has stopped replicating because it has exceeded its threshold for free space on the drive. I have an empty "D" drive that I added and would like to move the recovery point to it, but can not find a way to do this. Can it be done? If so, how?

Thank you

Answer : Problem: Change location of Recovery Point

I just found the solution: go to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\Datasources directory and modify the path listed in PSDataSourceConfig to the new location. Remove the old endpoint via DPM and create a new one - it will be added to the location you specified in the file.

Hope this helps someone else.
