Since this is a Dell product, just download the PERC 4 RAID controller manual and look for the instructions on how to create a new RAID array.
It is best that you understand the principles and what to expect, rather than me trying to explain something that may not be exactly what you see on screen.
Also see if the DELL RAID manager for windows is installed, as this may be easier to use ( if it exists )
Check the downloadable drivers/ programs for this computer on the Dell site.
