Question : Problem: Citrix Conenctivity

Users are unable to connect to Citrix desktop after I got the wen interface working.  The receive the following error:

Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server.  The CitrixMetaFrame server is not available, please try again later.

The odd thing about the problem is that I can connect to Citrix server externally.  Any help would be appreciated.
