Question : Problem: Juniper Netscreen VPN connectivity through Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 failed

We have installed standalone SEP 11.0 client in a laptop with all the features enabled and tested for VPN connectivity with remote connection through Netscreen client (Juniper). First phase of connectivity goes well but on second phase of connectivity it fails. We didn't see any blocking log for the connectivity on firewall log and even tried disabling firewall as well as IPS without any success. However we see "Teefer2 Miniport" error in Device manager as "cannot start the service". Please guide me for troubleshooting.

Problem is solved. I have checked with both MR1 & MR2, version 10.8 is working fine but 10.1 is not working .
Thank you very much to moderators and users for helping me out.
I regard "Halindar" highly for guiding me, but no one asked me about Netscreen VPN client version. Please guide me for the points allocation.
