Question : Problem: License Management Console: You did not authenticate correctly

Hi:

I just installed presentation server 4.0 on a windows 2005 standard server.
License management console was working fine and I was authentication and able to manage licenses.
After installing presentation server and web interface on the same machine, I no longer have access to license management console.  The error message is as follows;

You did not authenticate correctly. Please try again or contact your system administrator.
The following is the only information I could fine on the web referencing the problem.

I have checked and tried the suggestions provided, but was  unsuccessful in resolving the issue.

I've also found the following article but am not sure if this is the correct direction I should be going.  Is the web interface install conflicting with the license management console service?

Would anyone have any suggestions or knowledge regarding this problem?  Thank you!

Yes this is fine to do although your farm wont' be working until you get the license server up & running again

>> Perhaps I should remove Web Interface since I would like to install it in a DMZ running with Secure Gateway?
If you are going to implement Secure Gateway then yes remove Web Interface from your Presentation Server.  Your farm will be much more secure so I urge you to do this.
