Question : Problem: Pavilion ze4600 power turning on and off

I have a Hp Pavilion ze4600 notebook that cycles on and off  constantly when you try to start it up. When pressing the
power button it turns on and the fan starts and leds flash on then after about 2 seconds it turns off and then it tries to turn on again on it's own and keeps cycling until i either hold power button for 4seconds or remove ac adapter and battery. Anybody have any solutions.

Sounds like failing hardware. Try another AC adapter and battery. If you know someone that has one like yours, try your memory, AC adapter, and battery in their machine. If that doesn't help, it may be a bad board.
