Question : Problem: Blackberry links and signature files unreadable help!!!!!

I have a user that has a Blackberry 67xx, not sure of exact model, but I can find that out if it is needed.   It sends/receives email and syncs everything find with Outlook 2003.  

Here is the only problem.  
Whenever it recieves an email with HTTP links in it, or a signature file say with a persons name and contact info, it is in some unreadable font.  You can barely make out the http:// but nothing else, and/or can't make out any of the info in the signature file.   All other text in the email is fine and very readable as normal.

This seems to have started when we updated the blackberry software from Verizon so that it would work with Outlook 2003.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know of any fixes?

its probably in italics and you dont have a color high resolution screen
