Question : Problem: Playing with the context menu

I know that it is possible to replace windows msgina.dll(for ctl+alt+del) with one's own dll(for eg. to disable ctl+alt+del ).
On similar lines, is it possible to replace the windows format dialog box with one's own custom format dialog? Or is it at least possible to disable the format option (which comes when we try formatting a drive, using right click context menu)

Surely, you can do it by going to registry, but, if you don't want to mess with your registry, use free Context Menu Editor
