Question : Problem: Exchange 2003 and IPhone

I have a new Iphone that my cutomers wants to sync to his exchagne 2003 server. The server runs on a 2003 SBS. I have configured the iphone to the mail server but it wont connect. I am running Excahgne 2003 SBS SP2, EAS is eanbled. I can get to the owa site on the Iphone but cannot get the mail to sync.

I tried turning it off and it still didn't work. I have a Motorola Blackjack that uses Active Sync just fine with this server, but the IPhone doesn't work. The IPhone will browse via OWA to the Exchange Server. Do I need to load the SSL cert? If so how do I do that without plugging the phone into the server?
