Question : Problem: Shuts down in same place

Hello,

I have an Hp Pavillion Dv 1000 laptop  that shuts down i the same place every time.  I recently had to change out the mobo.  The hard drive gives me the blue screen of death (0000000007B) type error. I made an attempt to try to reload the boot file to get started.  The point it shuts down i right after I go to a command prompt.  I troubleshooting the memory and even tried a different XP disk.  I checked the processor to make sure that it was not overheating.  Any idea what the reason is?

Answer : Problem: Shuts down in same place

then i pointed you to it :>>>  but it could be the cpu is overheating, or the south, or north bridge.
