Question : Problem: best Universal Laptop Power AC Adapter ?

I am a computer tech always working on different laptops at my shop. What is the best Universal Laptop AC power cord. I would like to to work with the major brands, IE Dell, Sony, Compaq, etc.

The previous one posted by silemone has a DC voltage range of 11.75-16.00 VDC which may be a bit low for some modern laptops.
This one also from Targus has a range of 15-24V DC, 90W
