I cant Sync, I got the same problem, Error 0x86000209 and 0x8600050D Sometimes.

I have CA etrust with Mail Options, I notice on the event log, everytime I tried to sync with my phone, a log appears from etrust. Saying: The file [FolderSyncFile] is being blocked. and other 3 more.
