Question : Problem: PSTN Emulator for Modem tests

A while ago I saw a neat little device on the net to emulate a telephone switchboard. you could plug two phones/modems/faxes into it, and get all the expected dial/ring/busy tones.
Seem to have lost the referance.... anyone know of such a product suitable for Australian modems?
