Question : Problem: Samsung LNT375HAX/XAA not picking up Signal from cable box

I have just purchased a Samsung LNT375HAX/XAA  LCD Tv and it is connected to my Comcast DVR (mortorolla)  through an HDMI cable.  The problem I am having is if I leave the cable box on which is what I normally did and turn off the tv and turn it back on then I get a white fuzy screen. Then if I turn the cable box off and back on it seems to give me the picture fine.  I have checked the cable box and it is fine.

Any help would be greatly apperciated.

I returned the TV and got a new one becuase Samsung said the TV was Defective.  Thank you everyone for your help.
