Question : Problem: VTP Question on Cisco Routers

Hey guys,

I have a LAN environment with trunking setup between all my switches (dot1q).  Everything is working fine, except on a couple of my switches I see the following

Switch 4#sh vtp counters
VTP statistics:
Summary advertisements received    : 985
Subset advertisements received     : 390
Request advertisements received    : 147
Summary advertisements transmitted : 420
Subset advertisements transmitted  : 159
Request advertisements transmitted : 415
Number of config revision errors   : 1
Number of config digest errors     : 387
Number of V1 summary errors        : 0


VTP pruning statistics:

Trunk            Join Transmitted Join Received    Summary advts received from
                                                   non-pruning-capable device

What exactly is causing the "Number of config digest errors" to incremenet?

Config digest errors are caused when the MD5 authentication fails.

Are these numbers currectly incrementing? If so, verify that the VTP passwords on the switches are the same.
