Question : Problem: hp 4240 prints pdf over and over

we have a HP Laserjet 4240 that prints the same PDF report again and again until the job is stopped.  it will print excel and work docs just fine.   Also will print small PDF pages just fine.  Large PDF's seem to be the problem, we have check the preferences and all are the same.

I would try switching to a different driver.  If you are using PCL6, try Postscript or PCL5e. If you are using PCL5e, try PCL6 or Postscript. etc.

It could be a corrupted driver or a bug in the driver version you have.  An update may be all that is necessary.
