Question : Problem: Backup Exec Error

Hi all,

I am using symantec backup exec 11d sp3 with all hotfixes, and keep getting this error when I try to lauch it:
"Faulting application BkupExec.exe, version 11.0.7170.45, faulting module aclayers.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0000eafc."

Then if you wait nothing happens.

Answer : Problem: Backup Exec Error

Have you tried creating another user, and doing a "Run As" to run it as that user? I have seen a profile problem cause a similar message.
