Question : Problem: VPN - Easy install for my 76 year old father

I want to help my father with his computer.  He lives in Winnipeg, I'm in Toronto.  I've used VPN before.  

I need software that is easy for my father to install.  Something like an email I send him, click this, and it installs.  Please help.
