Question : Problem: Autorun / Autolaunch on Flash Drive
I want to make it so when I plug in a flash drive to my computer it copies the content of all of the folders in the flash drive to c:\backup. There were two ways I was thinking of this:
1. Setting up an autorun.inf and .bat file on the flash drive. However, autorun.inf doesn't seem to work on the flash drive. When I plug it in, nothing happens. I can, however, manually run the .bat file and it will work. 2. Get a program that runs a specific program every time a flash drive is plugged in. With this I can again run a .bat file to copy all the files over. However, I am not sure where to get a program like this.
This flash drive is special, it's has a special hierarchy attached to it that I cannot mess with. So formatting the flash drive is out of the question.
