Question : Problem: Can I upgrade a Power Mac G4 466 MHz using a G4 733 MHz from another Power Mac?

I have a Power Mac G4 466 MHz Digital Audio and would like to upgrade the processor.  I have purchased a 733 MHz G4 pulled from a Digital Audio.  Will the new processor work in my machine?  If i remove the heat sink do I need to apply new thermal grease?
